Wearable medical devices may offer a potential solution to helping people living with mental health conditions.  Wearable medical devices have transformed the healthcare landscape, offering unprecedented insights into our bodies and potentially revolutionizing the way we manage chronic conditions. From fitness trackers to smartwatches to complex biometric sensors, these devices promise to empower us with data-driven decisions about our health. However, wearable medical devices also carry risks and potential drawbacks, particularly when it comes to managing mental health conditions like anxiety.

The Promise of Wearable Devices for Managing Anxiety
